Why teams choose CloudColleague Enterprise
Save hours on rostering
Award rates and shift rules are built into how a roster is created, not checked afterwards, so a coordinator spends less time re-working shifts to fix compliance errors.
Stay compliant automatically
Superannuation and award rate changes apply the moment they take effect, so the business is not relying on someone remembering to update a spreadsheet each financial year.
Built for care sector complexity
NDIS and aged care providers get clinical documentation, SCHADS Award logic and participant-plan-linked records that generic rostering tools do not model.
Who CloudColleague Enterprise is built for
CloudColleague Enterprise is designed for HR managers, payroll officers, roster coordinators and operations managers running teams of 20 to 500 people. It also serves clinicians and service managers in healthcare, aged care, disability and community services, where roster accuracy and award compliance carry higher stakes than in a typical office.
It is a different audience to the CloudColleague jobs and tasks marketplace. The marketplace serves employers who are still looking for people to hire, through job listings and posted tasks. CloudColleague Enterprise starts once those people are already on the payroll and need to be rostered, paid and kept compliant week to week.

Built for Australian award and compliance rules
Rostering software for the Australian market has to keep pace with award and superannuation changes that happen every year, not just at launch. A roster built against last year’s rates is a payroll correction waiting to happen, and correcting underpayments after the fact costs far more admin time than building the roster correctly the first time. Two changes are current as of this page’s last update:
- The Fair Work Commission’s 2026 Annual Wage Review lifted modern award wages by 4.75 percent and the national minimum wage by 6 percent, effective 1 July 2026 (Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, 2026).
- The Superannuation Guarantee rate is 12 percent, effective 1 July 2025, the final step in its legislated schedule of annual increases (Australian Taxation Office).
Aged care, disability and community services employers roster against the SCHADS Award specifically, which carries its own penalty rates and classification structure that generic rostering tools built for retail or hospitality do not model correctly. Registered NDIS providers also answer to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which sets the practice standards those businesses are audited against, on top of the underlying award. CloudColleague Enterprise applies the correct award and rate automatically at the point a shift is built, rather than leaving a roster coordinator to look it up manually.
CloudColleague Enterprise plans
CloudColleague Enterprise is priced per employee per month across three tiers. Exact pricing is confirmed directly with our team rather than published here, since award and compliance requirements vary by industry and affect which modules a business actually needs.

A healthcare and NDIS compliance add-on is available on any tier for businesses in those sectors, adding the clinical documentation and reporting those providers are audited on without requiring a jump straight to Premium.
Built for healthcare, aged care and disability services
NDIS providers
Registered NDIS providers roster and document care against participant support plans. CloudColleague Enterprise’s clinical modules are built around that structure specifically, so shift notes and incident records tie back to the participant’s actual plan rather than a generic case file.
Aged care & community services
Aged care and community services providers manage client care under a different set of reporting obligations again, and the platform keeps that terminology and those workflows separate rather than treating every sector the same way. A roster coordinator moving between an NDIS service and an aged care service sees the correct language and compliance fields for each.
